Application Check List Before Starting

  • Choose Area of Future Study/ Application Category
  • Guidance Counselor Full Name and Phone Number
  • Letter of Interest (transfer to pdf format)
  • At Least 3 letters of Recommendation (transfer each individually to pdf format)
  • Most Current High School Transcript (transfer to pdf format)
  • Have all pdf's prepared and accessable to upload to the application form
  • Use a device that will allow you to upload pdf's to the form with a touch screen for signatures
  • Have a Parent/ Guardian present to finalize second form to confirm scholarship application submission


Interview Information

Each candidate will be interviewed by a panel of 3 persons.
The visual and performing arts students must bring in a portfolio of at least 3 examples of their
works; the performing arts candidates must be prepared with 2 pieces and are responsible for
brining their own music/ instrument if needed.
Failure to keep the interview appointment results in elimination from further consideration.
